“It’s ok. A little expensive but not mad ”
“They provide good matching and also able to make contributions to ESOP plan they have”
“Accrues and you have paid sick leave and pto separately”
Overall good matching and ESOP plan is great for retirement planning. Healthplan is okay for single person but gets expensive with spouse and dependents.
Basic minimal offerings and very limited PTO
401k, paid sick leave and PTO accrual, bonus
health benefits were not that great
We are offered full befits, PTO that increases over time, and 401k Match. Its great to have access to all of these benefits, but I believe the cost for medical benefits it way too high.
You are offered 401 K and employee stock contribution. As far as the Health insurance, it is quite expensive for the value. There is some life insurance. Time off is only 2 weeks, with it becoming 3 after 5 years of service. Family leave is based on the State, so only 3 months.
Best: purchase company stock Worst: long working hours
For intern, there is nothing, not even health insurance
Very high ins rates and offered only after 90 days
shares in company buy option
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
