401k, health, vision and dental, PTO, no sick days no vacation days, just PTO. No bonuses, no corporate recognition either. Base level employees don’t get recognized by regional managers or even district managers. You don’t exist if you aren’t a “favorite”.
They offered health, dental, vision, life and long/short term disability. All of these were great. Vacation time was one year one week, two years two weeks and three weeks after five years.
Employee cost-sharing not competitive for health insurance.
The company is great! They will explain any concerns as well as give you emergency time off when needed without pushing you out like other companies. They honestly care about your well being.
The benefit package is nominal at best. The health insurance and dental costs are more expensive than any other past employer. My suggestion would be to skip the health benefits and purchase them through the Healthcare Marketplace.
