The benefits package was comprehensive and quite good.
All depends on what department you're in. In my department there is minimal work from home opportunities, only if you have something you need to do and it can't be frequent. 1 hour lunch mandatory, no option to work through. Vacation is typical, 2 weeks to start. Other benefits are pretty standard with other companies.
401k, health insurance options, vacation
Best thing is the tuition reimbursement. Worst thing is the recent change to medical leave and not providing equal benefits to males and females.
Health benefits were very good. Severance package was draconian.
Great benefits, privately owned, stocks soared
Worst was time off (I.e., vacation)
Best thing about the benefits package was a decent amount of sick and personal time. All the other parts of the benefits package are sub-par.
Standard corporate benefits package. No great bells and whistles but you get everything you need.
Not very good, expensive and high deductible, 401k plan is terrible - match with private company stock which has lost a lot of value.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
