Simple plan without many perks.
The college had an excellent Health Care with Cigna
Great provider and good options, but the plan was extremely expensive and deductible was astronomically. It was not affordable for a good portion of the staff.
I wish we would have had better vision and dental benefits.

If the employee has a dependent(s), the deductible is $8,000 before the 80/20 coverage begins.
You have a $4000 deductible that must be met before the insurance covers anything. If it weren't for the fine for not having insurance, I would cancel my policy and just pay for my healthcare out of pocket. Because, with a deductible that huge, that is pretty much what I'm doing anyway, on top of paying the high insurance premiums.
Too expensive and does not cover enough services!
The new application of deductible is ridiculous and not helpful to employees and their families. Currently, employee must put $4000 out of pocket before any benefits are paid, even for prescriptions or preventive care.
