Completely average benefits package that seemed to shrink year to year or have more costs shifted onto the employees to self-finance. You can do better.
No 401k match, but lots of vacation time.
There are a wide range of benefits
Simple package without flexibility.
None, the benefits was great!
Vacation and sick time were good and easy to use. Provided a 401k, but match was dropped years ago. Healthcare provider was good, but it was very expensive. Bonus plan was available for some employees, but then was dropped with no communication.
Our health benefits were a bit less than the industry standard.
They are all the min. I think most companies are losing their benefits today
The benefits are horrible. The medical benefits have slowly gotten worse throughout the years. The deductibles are much too high for anyone to really pay them. A few years ago they stopped matching the 401k contributions. The only great benefit was the tuition waivers. Also, the vacation time was good.
Decent health/dental/vision, though the cost has increased over time. Plenty of holidays and generous PTO offering
