I was freelance so I was not offered he same benefits as futime employees
High deductible - no options
Best: Eye and dental care Worst: Healthcare
Health plan is the absolute worse. Co-pay for a Dr. visit is at the max. Blood work which was required for my plan, cost me $200.
I was an intern, so I did not receive regular benefits.
It only covers 1 mandatory check up and 1 well woman exam a year. All other Dr. visits & prescriptions are out of pocket until you hit the $2K in-network deductible or 5K out-of-network deductible (for single, much higher for a family). This is the only plan employees can choose. The Pro would be that it's very little out of your paycheck every month.
Medical, dental, vision, all HR was done through Administaff
They offer a HDHP and for an employee and family the deductible is $4k, and the insurance does not pick up 100% until you have spent $8k out of pocket
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
