The best thing is that it seems that every year they try to find the best insurance packages for the company. We were switched from Cigna to Blue cross blue shield this year. There is a pension program as well as 401k. They always try to keep you up to speed on your investments within the company.

the health insurance is not what i would have liked it to be. but it pays the bills so it's not too bad
Decent medical and vision benefits. 10 days flat PTO per year (use it or lose it). No ability to get more PTO until 5th year. Lots of sick time, but rarely use it. 401(k) match is weak, 90 day wait period to join and 6 year vesting schedule.
