Overall, similar to other security company benefits. 401K match needs improving.

there is next to nothing as of 401k plans, i cant get any info. The health insurance plans are insanely ridiculous. It would cost 500 a month and it on covers 10 percent of the doctors cost for a single person. Dental insurance is also a joke, would be better off tying tooth to door knob and slamming door shut. Job training is good. they do give paid holidays but only 7 of them. Not sure of disability insurance.

Benefits packages range by job title. Simple enrollment option.

Though I worked there for two years, I did not receive any benefits. I had the option to apply for dental and a retirement package after a while, but would have to pay into them. It was not clear how to apply for those benefits either.

There is 401k and healthcare options if you want. There are not many compensations.

All benefits have to be paid for & are extremely high. You have to pay for everything from your uniforms, background check, to security licenses. Health insurance? High. Vacations are paid one year after your anniversary date so if your anniversary date is in November but you choose not to take a vacation until August you have already been paid for it in November & miss a weeks pay this purposely keeps people from taking vacations. Whatever you put into your 104k is all you get out they don't match a dime. Holidays you get time & a half pay but only about 5 holidays a year are recognize its literally cut down to the minimum. & no paid time off/sick days.
