    they offer one of the best and largest vacation packages I have ever seen and the best part is you get access to it from day one, you do not have to work a year before your vacation is available

    Starting with 2 weeks per year and 3 weeks is very common as well. Flexibility to work from home some days helps.

    Competitive with most employers. Allows flexibility in the summer with “summer hours”- ability to leave Friday at lunch if you worked your regular hours during the previous 4 days of that week. Flexibility is nice!

    This seems pretty standard, you start at 10 days paid time off and after 5 years, it's 15 days and after 15 years it's 20 days paid time off. You also have the option of "purchasing" and extra week of time by foregoing pay for a week, but they spread it out over the year.
