Whirlpool grants paid time off and holiday pay.
Vacation plan is competitive, not great
Average use it or lose it policy
There are better systems. Average for corporate possition.
This seems pretty standard, you start at 10 days paid time off and after 5 years, it's 15 days and after 15 years it's 20 days paid time off. You also have the option of "purchasing" and extra week of time by foregoing pay for a week, but they spread it out over the year.
Hard to tell, but two weeks for 5 years employee is not a big deal.
management is flexible and supportive of people taking vacation
Those are pretty usual and similar to other companies
Standard is 2 weeks. 3 weeks after 4 years and 4 weeks after 14 years of service.
for your first your you get no time off. sometime that includes mandatory 56 hour weeks. then you get one week of vacation to use your second year, then 2 weeks to use your third year. after that its pretty much 2 weeks till you have some decades in. its better than a temp job but yeah for a family person youre going to have to use fmla or dump your kids on family.
Up to 4 weeks plus the ability to "buy" an extra week
