Ample time off, but generally can’t fit all PTO into the fiscal year and doesn’t roll over as it used to many years ago.
not bad depends on how long you work here
We do have PTO for sick days and -if managers- vacation, but it rarely ever is used.
I've been with the company as an ASM for five years. I receive close to three weeks PTO a year. It's retail, so of course there will be certain times you cannot take off, but it's pretty generous on the rest of the year.
There are quite a few black out dates so forget having any time off then. It is also a hassle to get two weekends off in the same month even if we are adequately staffed. Work life balance is completely off kilter.
I am not full-time so this does not apply to me.
There is no paid time off for part time employees. Not sure what full time employees are offered. Part time employees can take days off without pay.
Only earn a little over an hour PTO for every 40 worked.
It's regular PTO 120 hours. It's retail so there are blackout dates not unusual.
Received vacation and paid time off after 6 months. Was not always easy to try to take time off though.
