Covers everything and is only $5 if you live in Chicago - I think $75 if you're outside of Chicago.

Health Insurance was okay at White Lodging. It was difficult to find pharmacies that took the health insurance.

Have not used my insurance a lot because i avoid the doctor by all means but its nice knowing that when i do need something my insurance covers almost everything. I have vision and dental as well.

The insurance premiums, deductibles and co-pays are extremely high along with very limited coverage. It is bare bones coverage for a high cost.

Fairly poor plans but inexpensive coverage for the employee. However, it is ridiculously expensive if you want to have the whole family on the plan.

The best thing is that it it is tiered to fit any budget. You get pretty much the same coverage for any tier. The difference is in the big stuff co-pays which doesn't affect you unless you need it.
