White Lodging has a great benefits package available to all employees. Competitive within the industry and better than many other hospitality companies.
Low deductive options. However it’s advertised as a Cigna plan but isn’t actually a Cigna plan and the coverage differs.
The best thing was the complimentary lunches received each day. The worst thing is the bonus package.
Best thing is that they offer full coverage insurance and paid time off and vacation, but you have to work for the company full time for 6 months to get this. I started part time and had to work up to full time.
Most insurance now a days are about the same. It depends on company size and with white lodging having alot of employees, cost are lower. family of 4 is about 440 a month.
The benefits are amazing health insurance is inexpensive and covers almost 100 percent. You need be working for the company for at least three months before receiving it.
The benefits team at corporate is very helpful. Our medical coverage is very affordable.
Competitive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, complimentary hotel rooms.
Health insurance was decent, but the Vacation and PTO was the worst I personally had ever received from a company.
They offer health insurance under Obamacare for anyone working full time there for at least a year. Health insurance options were nothing special. They also offer a 401k match, but it was very minimal, I didn't even use it. Company is fairly god about reminding you to use your paid time off.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
