They pay for a huge portion of your healthcare. On the high-deductible plan for a single person, the employee pays nothing out of pocket for the plan. 401k is pretty good too. Unfortunately, they don't do matching contributions BUT they pay all management fees which can really add up, especially in managed-targeted retirement funds.

Unlimited vacation is the best, it kind of sucks that there is no 401k matching, though
The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because there is no matching 401k. All of the other expected benefits are there.
