They pay for a huge portion of your healthcare. On the high-deductible plan for a single person, the employee pays nothing out of pocket for the plan. 401k is pretty good too. Unfortunately, they don't do matching contributions BUT they pay all management fees which can really add up, especially in managed-targeted retirement funds.
Best thing - Unlimited Vacation Worst thing - Rx can be expensive with the insurance plan
Unlimited vacation is the best, it kind of sucks that there is no 401k matching, though
The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because there is no matching 401k. All of the other expected benefits are there.
Best thing: Fully Paid Health Insurance Worst thing: No 401k match
Whitepages has a very comprehensive and modern benefits pacakge
Dental is delta dental and $2k per year allowance
Best - Unlimited time off, great health packages, lots of company outings including out of state trips. Worst - No 401k matching
Biggest perk is the annual company trip. Next are the HSA contribution, snacks/beer and the subsidized bus pass. They also do yearly onsite flu shots. Worst, no parental leave & no 401K matching. Unlimited vacation is a double edged sword.
Benefits include unlimited vacation, charitable gift matching, tuition assistance, free lunches and happy hours every other Friday, free snacks and beverages, company-wide yearly trip. The biggest con in the benefits is they do not do 401k matching.
