Vacation starts at 10 days a year. Every year of service gives you another day of vacation capped off at 15 bonus vacation days. Best Health Insurance around. Doesn't match 401k but 100% vested pension after 5 years.
The benefits here were great. 100% company paid medical insurance. Dental and vision were not offered so that’s a downside. There is no 401k matching. Company stock is issued but you have to work there 15 years before you can cash any out. Vacation policy was generous. No set sick policy so I was paid for every day I was out sick.
Health insurance, dental vision, 10 pto days at start, mileage reimbursement, relocation reimbursement, 401k, profit sharing after 5 years
Health Insurance, Pension, SARs, are all amazing. Dental could be better. No 401k match, but there is a pension.
401k(no match), health/dental/vision insurance. if you work for 20+ years pension. profit sharing if you are part of the stock appreciation rights program.
Great pension plan, no 401k match, stock options for senior management(takes 15 years to vest). You will gain 1 vacation day for every year you work with the company
The best thing about the benefits are the stock options they offer for the time that you put in the company. They offer a good health care plan and retirement plan.
employer offered great 401k match.
The benefits are good and employees have ability to be rewarded for their hard word with gifts / money.
There were great benefits offered after my internship. They offer 401k, great healthcare/dental. I did not see these benefits in action, however, because I was only an intern
