Excellent benefits which include insurance, vacation, and a consistent investment in improving the health of the employees.
The benefits are bad and you can expect to pay A LOT for any healthcare you may need. 401k matching is the absolute minimum.
Overall, not competitive benefits. Only 8 vacation days a year. High deductible and premiums for medical insurance plans, almost as much as ACA plans! PTO and sick time going to be pooled starting 1/1/2019. Get ready for everyone to come into the office even if they're sick because they don't want to use up any of their very limited PTO/sick time! 401k matching is low.
PTO policy is generous
The health savings account that allowed you to invest in mutual funds once you reached a certain limit. The deductible was high, but once you reached it everything was taken care of for you. They had a adoption assistance program and a "hard times" that came at no cost to you if you needs to use it. 3%matching 401K.
Good well rounded benefit package, the health insurance used to be much better than what its is now but it is still decent.
Professional development, performance bonus seem to be decided on a case by case basis. Work from home is option for most office staff.
Expensive Health Insurance. 401K has lack luster matching. Zero Company "Perks" Time off is a joke, you're practically on call.
401k, good benefits, flexible environment
Worst - company downgraded to mediocre insurance plan that cost significantly more.
