Benefits are very standard. Paid overtime is probably the best aspect. Paid holidays are minimal
Leave is accrual based and combined, no separate sick leave, personal leave, vacation, maternity leave etc. Increases with tenure. Very fair system but you have to plan accordingly and build some reserve for the unexpected. For instance, you can plan and take a two week vacation but you better not get sick for an extended time unless you have built up your leave hours.
