Laughable. Don't get sucked in, just lowered "one" annual fee to $33.00 instead of $34.00... They hardly match anything you put in and you end up spending more in hidden fees quarterly and annually than you actually gain.

The company doesn't offer a match for 401K contributions, but at least the 401 K program is there!

No matching. it's pretty much worthless.

Horrible. When I was there you were automatically enrolled in a fidelity 401k that wouldn't benefit the majority of their employees. You had to opt out of the program.

401k is pretty basic. Its what you make of it. Not sure if they match

StarStarStarStarStar Current Store Graphic Artist in Valencia, California

It is offered but you don't have to do it

  • Apr 11, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Team Trainer in Miami, Florida

The plan is through fidelity and whole foods market does not offer a match on anything you pay into the plan

StarStarStarStarStar Current Meat Clerk in Madison, Wisconsin

Auto enrollment into 401k after about 6 months or so of full time employment. After about a year I had racked up ~$450 with basic enrollment and pretty good market growth.
