All Whole Foods Market Team Members receive a 20 percent store discount.
20% is a great discount, they offered 30% when COVID first started then removed it. A larger discount would be incredibly beneficial to the well-being of employees.
20% off most merchandise made it so that I could conveniently do all of my shopping at work and not have to go somewhere else for necessities after a shift. They called it "Whole Paycheck" because when you work there, you spend more money there too.
The best thing about the employee discount is getting 20% off items in the store. The worst part was not being able to apply your Amazon prime membership on top of that discount but that's not really the worst thing. It would just be nice.
20 percent off is good. incentivizes those whose biometrics are within a healthy range by giving more of a discount...good to promote healthy eating etc
Base discount is 20% for employee and household. You can get an extra discount card for your partner. Discount can increase up to 30% through healthy incentive program. You can go to a 3rd party for a health screening on blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and waist-height or BMI. High levels include bronze 22%, silver 25%, gold 27% or platinum 30%. Test is paid for by Whole Foods once every 2 years, you can pay to have done in between but it’s about $90 in testing. Really easy to meet at least bronze. I really like this program.
Whole Foods still turning a nice profit off their employees who shop there. Discount should be bigger - At cost or cost +10%
Awesome discount. 20% off your groceries makes it just a little bit more expensive than other grocery chains
Tiered benefit based off on bi-annual health screening.
Could be increased on biometric screening results, up to 30%
The 20% discount is nice and there are circumstances where you can receive up to 30%.
