You have to use your short term disability, which only covers 12 weeks and a portion of your pay. Could be better, but this is America and we don't have a track record for great maternity leave.

Goes by the Federal Laws for FML. If you qualify for FML then you will get 13 weeks in RI or if you live in MA, 12. If you don't qualify for FML you will probably lose you job because you won't be allowed to be out that long. You will of course be eligible for rehire.
Very understanding for pregnant and expecting
You get FMLA for up to 12 weeks, and for 6 weeks of that you get Short Term Disability pay (about 60% of your paycheck) if you have purchased that benefit.
