“Average to slightly above average health care with a sabbatical program to improve work-life balance.”
A mostly standard package but it's nice to have the option to choose Cigna or Kaiser (and to choose between HMO, PPO, HDHP). The inclusion of a sabbatical (4 weeks at 4 years or 5 weeks at 5 years) is the primary differentiator. Though not used by me, I hear the maternity/paternity leave is lacking.
Great perk is the ability to take a sabbatical.

I love the Company HAS quarterly contribution.
Benefits package was a good one. Good carrier, good company contribution for HSA plans, and overall a good benefit overall.
Caring company that offers good benefits! Nice 401K match, health insurance and the company offers a sabbatical after 4 years on the job. They do offer maternity/paternity leave, but these benefits could be improved to match other employers.
