Maternity leave here is a joke let alone paternity leave. I think the women got less than a week. They changed the way PTO works too so they won't have to pay you for it when they let you go.

The benefits packages that come with a Job at WildWorks are phenomenal. I had appointments with specialists that would cost around 200 dollars that only cost me 45 dollars. Health, Eye, and Dental all are covered. The PTO is generous and the amount you generate increases the longer you are with the company. I never had trouble requesting and recieving time off.

Strong benefit package, 401k match, and almost too much PTO. I highly recommend WildWorks for its benefits.

They have excellent PTO, Yoga, massages, and company lunches. Health Insurance is fairly cheap, and they work hard to invest in their employees.

There is no benefit package since it is contract work. You are given a free membership to the game and currency in the game, but no benefits whatsoever.
