Good 401k match, awesome health care provider, good time off, good opportunity to get extra time off, poor maternity leave :/

Maternity leave here is a joke let alone paternity leave. I think the women got less than a week. They changed the way PTO works too so they won't have to pay you for it when they let you go.

The benefits packages that come with a Job at WildWorks are phenomenal. I had appointments with specialists that would cost around 200 dollars that only cost me 45 dollars. Health, Eye, and Dental all are covered. The PTO is generous and the amount you generate increases the longer you are with the company. I never had trouble requesting and recieving time off.

Strong benefit package, 401k match, and almost too much PTO. I highly recommend WildWorks for its benefits.
