    Perks extend from discounts at Crunch gym, restaurants, concerts, museums, and online malls to Vanguard 401K savings/retirement programs, and excellent medical/vision/dental.

    Pretty good employee discounts, decent health insurance (compared to some of my friends' companies at least), 401k plan, life insurance, discounts on Wiley products, employee stock purchase plan

    Wiley had standard benefits. Good health insurance but not eligible for maternity/paternity leave until you'd been there a year.

    They only give certain people work from home privileges. Health benefits have gone way down over the years.

    The PTO amount is great, but it needs to be rolled over. Especially now that Wiley is moving towards making everyone work during Holiday's where before that was not part of the culture. If you want your employees to work more provide bigger perks or better salaries.

    - 401K (Vanguard) is available, match upto 3% - days off - standard - health benefits - only Aetna. Spouse surcharge ($125 per paycheck) if spouse's company offers medical benefits but he/she doesn't take it from there. - bonus - minimal, almost non existent - work from home - very much frowned upon, and depends on who you know rather than what you bring to the table. Very much a hierarchical, archealogical mentality.
