The paid time off is very generous. The time is accrued from day on and there is no 90 day waiting time.

Carryover for PTO is 120 hours which is a little low considering they do not offer paid family leave.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Dental Assistant in Bryant, Arkansas

4 hours PTO added to paycheck every other week. The can be used for anything or you can let it accumulate

A lot of companies do not off paid time off. This is was one of the main reasons i choose willamette over other jobs.

I LOVE MY PAID TIME OFF! I take 1-2 week vacations a few times throughout the year (about 1-3 times a year!!)

Good vacation time but sometimes hard to get off in a clinical job. Only one person per position allowed on a given day, so makes extended holidays hard.

    Good vacation accruals and flexibility

The PTO accrual is really slim, definitely the lowest that I have experienced

Very accomodating for vacation and time off. But not very robust in the first year.

Really skimpy on days. Evidently wants to work adminstration/back office like dentists; who are open on most holidays to take patients who are off work that day. No MLB, no Presidents, no Veterans, no Friday after Thanksgiving, and no July 4th if it is on a weekend.
