The firm recognizes the importance of a parent's desire to bond with and focus on their newborn. Parental leave offers eligible employees 12 weeks of paid leave for the primary caregiver and two weeks of paid leave for a secondary caregiver. Leave for secondary caregivers can be used (consecutively or intermittently) during the first 12 months following the birth or adoption of a dependent child.
