Great health insurance, especially for families, dependent care, commuter hsa. I wish they matched on te 401k.

Crappy benefit plan. No match or contribution of any kind to 401k plan.
Need to enhance/restructure their total benefits package (salary increases small, confusing bonus system that was zero for several years and implement 401k match) to remain competitive in the 21st century. Focus on employee training/retraining and development and be more transparent about rewarding employees that contribute to their overall growth strategies.
Good health care Occasional bonuses. When there were bonuses, the amounts were usually really good as well. Good number of paid holidays as well as vacation leave. Sick leave cannot accrue beyond 5 days from year-to-year. Balance would be paid out every year. The extra money from this was nice, but there was no way to build up sick leave if you ever needed it for something major.
