Great plan options. With my larger family usually meet deductible by 1st quarter, and total out of pocket by fall school start.

The health insurance benefit is average. If you do not go to the doctor several time throughout the year, then you come out winning. Williams does offer an HSA match plan for Advantage and Advantage plus so these options are more rewarding in the end.
