    It's nice that they do some matching, but it's only 50% and only up to 3% of your salary. So if you contribute 6%, they will contribute 3%. That's the max. You also only receive it if you're fully vested, which takes 5 years.

    As a PT employee you are not eligible for the 401K Plan, though through some mistake the company made, a minuscule deposit was made for each employee a couple years ago.
