Because they are so under staffed trying to get a sick day is almost impossible. You feel to bad to take a day off because you know someone will have to work a 12 hour day if you do.

  • Dec 07, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Furniture Specialist in Las Vegas, Nevada

I did not like having to accrue points on my attendance when sick days were used. Very illogical.

  • Oct 31, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in San Francisco, California

They accrue but why? Why not have 3-4 weeks of PTO instead? Oh, that's right, because it's a negative to carry vacation time on the GL.

Offered but you also get points for taking them.
