  • Employee Discount  (109 comments)

“There were a lot of exclusions and sometimes the regular sales were better than the employee discount which only worked off of full price”

  • 401K Plan  (26 comments)

“It's nice that they do some matching, but it's only 50% and only up to 3% of your salary. So if you contribute 6%, they will contribute...”

good benefits overall - PTO, Health Care, etc. Nothing bad to really say about them on this issue. They fall flat in their business execution.

Benefits good. Vacation time sick time are calculated separately. Corportate gets time for volunteering not so for store associates.

Standard health benefits (which nowadays are very expensive). Great vacation and personal time off (starting at 40 hours each) once you're a full time associate, plus sick time!

Best is 401k and employee discounts. Worst is holiday season
