Comprehensive benefits - health, 401(k) etc. Great employee discount. Not progressive around flexible work schedule. Just starting to break into work from home allowance. PTO is conservative and divided into vacation vs sick time.

Great benefits. I worked July 2019, I had to get an unexpected surgery that would of cost me 20k, they covered only after a few months working within the company. I love it.

Great benefits, they go into effect same day you work. I had to have an emergency surgery, that would have cost me 20k. The insurance Williams Sonoma has paid for every thing, they approved my time off, only from working with the company a couple of months.

There is zero time off during the holidays. You would think such a huge company would have a plan in place so employees could also enjoy time off with family.
