The Associate discount is awesome at 40% off most items. The Sample Sale is great as well! You also accrue 4 “floating” holidays per year in addition to the regular 6 holidays, which is nice
The worst aspects of WSI benefits are lack of 401k contribution, maternity leave, & remote work,
The best thing about working for Williams-Sonoma is that all the employees work together as a team to help the customers.
Separate sick days, vacation days, and floating holidays. Cap on what an roll over.
For a single person it was a decent benefit package but for family the cost was high.
Company discount across the board of WS family of companies to include Pottery Barn, PBKids, and West Elm is pretty nice perk to have. Schedule flexibility is also nice
Unless you are full time there are no benefits other then 40% off regular priced items and 20% off sale.
Good discount benefits. Lousy vacation , have to accrue for a year . No 401k match for a year. Ok health benefits .
Other than the standard health, vision, and dental plan, the only perks are the product discount and the gift bags they give out at the annual product reviews (but they've been cutting back on these. 1-2 small items, i.e. lotion, ornaments).
