“Great discount at Williams Sonoma and also sister brands like Pottery Barn and west elm. Furnished my whole house while working there.”

  • 401K Plan  (26 comments)

“It's nice that they do some matching, but it's only 50% and only up to 3% of your salary. So if you contribute 6%, they will contribute...”

Williams-Sonoma eliminated some of the paid holidays they used to offer. Now they only have minimum.

Standard health benefits (which nowadays are very expensive). Great vacation and personal time off (starting at 40 hours each) once you're a full time associate, plus sick time!

The best perks are the associate discount and corporate sample sales. Vacation time is limited vs other companies.

The employee discount is good but used to be better. You are discouraged from taking your sick and personal time. Work-life balance is poor.

Best thing is the discount and access to sample sales. Medical benefits are average. Love that they have access to legal benefits.
