“Great discount at Williams Sonoma and also sister brands like Pottery Barn and west elm. Furnished my whole house while working there.”

  • 401K Plan  (26 comments)

“It's nice that they do some matching, but it's only 50% and only up to 3% of your salary. So if you contribute 6%, they will contribute...”

  • Health Insurance  (25 comments)

“Not great, but not terrible. There's not much else to say. It's very average. They have a few options which is nice, but coverage is...”

Health and dental insurance is decent, but not cheap. VSP for vision, 401k and matching available. Vacation 2 weeks and 4 floating holidays but only 6 actual holidays. Pretty typical benefits but none of the startup tech company fun like free food. Best perks are the discount and sample sales!

Good discount benefits. Lousy vacation , have to accrue for a year . No 401k match for a year. Ok health benefits .

I only had health insurance but I didn't like that once I switched to part time, unable to keep benefits.

No bonus structure for assistant managers, yet they do just as much work.

Other than the standard health, vision, and dental plan, the only perks are the product discount and the gift bags they give out at the annual product reviews (but they've been cutting back on these. 1-2 small items, i.e. lotion, ornaments).

There isn't a single negative thing I have to say about the benefits.

I loved getting time off or being able to leave early. Put in a request early and you often get it. They will work with you if you are late or miss days just don't miss too many.

The best part of W-S is working with quality products and demonstrating, allowing customers to see, smell and taste thus creating a warm environment.
