“rare to see such a high match.”
“Great plan options. With my larger family usually meet deductible by 1st quarter, and total out of pocket by fall school start.”
“Williams is doing away with the pension plan. ”
Health insurance was a bit above standard. Generally that was true of all of their benefits; standard, or a little above.
Hands down best health and dental I have ever had. Great supplemental life and disability. I missed out on this, but recently added a paternity leave. Great 401k match and other retirement options. Would be hard to leave the total package Williams provides which helps me support my family.
great health insurance and you also get pet insurance. I could also add my partner for free.
Great benefits with 410k match plus additional contribution.
Paid time off and 401k
Amazing benefits. PTO adds up over time so long term employees get 4, 5,6 weeks off. Matching 401k, purchase company stock at a discount and more.
Great medical and retirement benefits and PTO benefits.
If you are a single person without any dependents, then I would consider the healthcare to be satisfactory with room for improvements. For everyone else outside this category, it is expensive. Williams is slowly transitioning off of its pension plan, but has an amazing 401k plan. The organization has a decent work-life balance. However, some offices are more regimented and old school than others.
Williams is eliminating the pension, and only offers 401k
Great full benefits package!! Each year the benefit department does a roadshow to explain benefits to all employees and you able to ask questions.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
