Our Total Rewards Philosophy includes the following elements and types of programs, tailored as appropriate for specific roles and markets:
Decent salary. Growth of position in company unclear.
The only benefits option when I was there was a high deductible health care plan. While that works for someone who is healthy or single, when you have a family, that can be difficult.
Great benefits with a lot to offer for such a large company. My favorite by far is the option to WFH occasionally but health, 401K, etc. are all fair. Bonuses are also great!
401k is fully vested in 5 years, but you get a decent amount of PTO.
You have a choice to participate in the 401k or not for seasonal persons. If you are eligible for a permanent position then you have all the other benefits, but if your seasonal then no. The medical dental and vision packages are too high for the price.
Great Benefit Package, they provide a lot of choices for all employees to choose from
Not the best medical plan available for the geography.
I worked as an temporary employee so I am not aware of the Benefit package, doesn't apply for me.
PTO Accural and FLex Time is good. Health Insurance is very expensive
Employees get a 401k and a pension in addition to good health benefits.
