Willis Towers Watson offers a solid benefit package, including a 401k plan and company match, as well as a cash balance plan, and several options for health insurance
19 days paid time off, with option to buy 5 more, good 401k, good benefits, ability to work from home sometimes
Expensive for benefits that aren't that great. High co-pay. Thankfully my husband has good benefits because those offered here are expensive for the coverage. You do get vision. dental, health which is great - but $100 co pay is not.
Good benefits package that includes retirement, health benefits and FSA, as well as many positions that provide for flexible work remote or from home schedules
Only Medical plan offered is a high deductible plan.
Pension good. Pay lower than industry, benefits expensive, which is ironic since that's what they do, sell benefits.
Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, PTO, Holidays, Family Leave, Parental Leave, Bereavement, etc... A well rounded package.
WTW has an amazing benefits program. With a private exchange you can choose your benefits and carrier. It is amazing!
They have a lot of benefits available to permanent employees.
High deductible plans, poor HSA employer contribution amounts
