Time off, sick leave, vacation, etc is all rolled into a single PTO (it's a fairly high number of days per year). There is a chance to purchase additional PTO. Low premium health plans offered, but low deductible plans have quite a high premium. Good parental leave and military leave. Employer 401k contribution is ok, not great. They offer Roth 401ks.
