Medical insurance options are all high-deductible HSA plans. No PPO or HMO options. WTW contributes only $200.00 to your HSA annually. Low contribution. The dental plan is good. The best dental plan has a $2,000 annual maximum benefit.
Even through some people have been working there for years, they have yet to be made "permanent" and therefore are not entitled to healthcare benefits. You can be working full tie for many years but not become permanent and will not be able to get the benefits package.
1% match, then 50% match on next 5%. Benefits continue to be cut. Work from home is a great option, but not available to everyone.
Best thing was the pension that was given to employees. They then transitioned it to become an employee and employer shared contribution benefit.
