    Once you become full-time employee the benefits are great! But for a long term seasonal employee the benefits can take up to 40% of your paycheck.

    The only thing about Willis towers watson that I would change is to provide an option for benefits. If the worker would like to pay for benefits then the company should contribute regardless if they are permanent or temporary workers.
