The Willis Towers Watson Global Total Rewards Philosophy aligns with our business strategy and supports our company values. Our objective is to attract, retain, engage and develop the diverse talent that will lead to our collective success. We offer market competitive programs that create a pay for performance culture, and provide choice in specific program features, wherever practical, to reflect the variety of colleague demographics and preferences in our global workforce.
Our Total Rewards Philosophy includes the following elements and types of programs, tailored as appropriate for specific roles and markets:
Pretty good health benefits. On par with other large employers.
They provide great benefits at great rates compared to any other place I have worked.
Good health insurance, good 401k match, can take advantage of additional benefits like commuter and hsa
It is unfortunate that a company that encourages clients to provide a wide range of benefits, does not provide a broader range of benefits for its employees
Far above average medical coverage. Long hours during 4th quarter of the year.
Strong package that covered everything I needed.
Expensive health insurance, but there is a pension plan which is appreciated
PTO offered and the 401K
Did not pay for prescription drugs.
The only thing about Willis towers watson that I would change is to provide an option for benefits. If the worker would like to pay for benefits then the company should contribute regardless if they are permanent or temporary workers.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
