Medical and Dental benefits have multiple plan design options and multiple carriers, which makes it flexible for employees at all stages of life. Generous life and disability package, too.

High deductible program really bites. The minimum deductible is so high and your pharmacy benefits are tied to it.

It's challenging to highlight industry trends to our clients and promote them when we don't have access to the same programs and perks.

The health care plan premiums are generously covered by the company, as well as the OSBs. However the FMLA compensation by MetLife was zero

Time off, sick leave, vacation, etc is all rolled into a single PTO (it's a fairly high number of days per year). There is a chance to purchase additional PTO. Low premium health plans offered, but low deductible plans have quite a high premium. Good parental leave and military leave. Employer 401k contribution is ok, not great. They offer Roth 401ks.
