Pay good, co-works less so.
No overtime or bonus eligibility for salaried banking officers, which is majority of full time employees.
Time off was easily granted.

Wilmington Trust, through parent M&T Bank, offers low premiums for healthcare insurance and good matching for the 401k plan. Deductibles are relatively high, but at least the premiums are low.
