The time off, vacation days, health care are great.
There are no real benefits for part timers. There is an option for a 401K and tuition reimbursement in the handbook. A 401K is offered. There is also reimbursement for any certificates obtained. The tuition reimbursement is not real for part timers even though it says so in the handbook.
