Retirement plan and and other perks seemed pretty solid.
Overpaying for health benefits. 401k after a year of employment.
Best 401K : Company invests 3% no matter what you invest. On top of that they match 4.5 % max for 6 % or > invested. Health Insurance benefits have reduced in the last 3-4 years, high deductibles.
Insurance is great. Hours are rotating so for some that is a problem but the pay is decent. Paid weekly and direct deposit
All benefits are well above market, especially when compared to other companies in town. The employees don't realize how great they are, some employees don't really understand benefits.
Wilsonart's overall benefit package is good. Their 401k match is great. The health insurance deductibles and premiums continue to increase, but that's true everywhere.
Rising cost of insurance and rising deductible.
Amazing benefits. Compensation was competitive, but the real stars were the 401K and medical plan company contribution. Showed a definite commitment to the employees. Had a comprehensive wellness program; including ON-SITE wellness centers with on-staff medical staff (MD & RN Practitioner).
The overall package for insurance of every kind is very good, The best I have had. The only downfall that I see is they punish people who don't fit in with their view of the perfect employee. In other words if you used any kind of nicotine product you paid more even though you couldn't use on the premises.
Good health benefits overall in central Texas
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
