WinCo Foods has the best benefits package of anywhere I have ever worked. You only have to work 100 hours a month to qualify.
Medical benefits is pretty good for retail company. Employee gets stock owner. The worst part about working here are the hours and too much people in management.
ppo you can go to any doctor but get a ton of small bills and it's super annoying, dental is horrible
Cheapest medical and dental insurance. Also you get stock every year and it adds and grows with you for your retirement. Starting pay is lower, but the stock and insurance makes up for it.
Great insurance for my family. Work a minimum of 100 hours per month to qualify. This is the only reason I took the job. But there are many other, much better companies with better insurance plans than WinCo. If I knew this when I applied, I would never have started working for them.
Best health care I've seen, except in the last year they removed pharmacy coverage. 401K(without match) and ESOP(fully vested after 7 years). Vacation/Sick policy needs a major revamp to stay competitive. Many jobs in the area are light years ahead when it comes to that.
Amazing benefits, 401K, ESOP, Full Medical, dental, and vision. all for less the $40 a month.
Great benefits. Very affordable, low copay cost. 6 years vestment needed to earn 100% of retirement benefit. Yearly incentive for company earning pay out.
The health insurance here is about the best you will find. The company is employee owned, so you get stock(full stock ownership after 7 years). The benefits are pretty good - the only downside is the amount of vacation time and the ability to move up. It takes a lot of time to move up, and even in the high positions, you max out at four weeks of paid vacation after 15 years.
The insurance and Employee Stock Ownership.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
