“Get 40 hours after every year of working but doesn't roll over”
Really good benefits. For my family of 5 I paid less than 60 a paycheck. Deductible is also low. Only reason I stayed for a long time. Plus the employee stock.
100 hours per month gets you health insurance, and you start out with options for discounted additional insurance. At 1 year, a 401(k) plan is instated and paid into.

All benefit PPO perk packages for $30 a month
Having an affordable PPO plan for family with great coverage can be such an important part of maintaining the health and well-being of a family. Thankfully, WinCo has a great benefits package and the cost to the employees is nominal.
