i was a part time employee so I did not have one
unpaid internship, but offered me a job post internship. they offer dental, medical, optical etc. then if you become a broker you get commission obviously. I dont really have anything else to say. good place to work. nice people etc.
Decent benefits for actual employees, but its a franchise company so may not be the same at other franchises.

As many real estate companies, typical benefits are not provided. Having some industry related perks would be appreciated though, i.e. marketing credits, admission to local events, printing costs...
The best thing about the 401K package was the matching funds up to a certain percentage
