They have a 401K but they don't match. They provide free lunch EVERYDAY! Buffet style.

The company doesn't really have any perks other than the free lunch. Their benefits package is mediocre. doesn't match 401k and they always are sure to make an issue about time off because their lack of qualified staff members.
