Most parts of the benefit package are fairly standard: Health Insurance (different levels depending on what you want to pay - a traditional plan or high deductible option), dental, vision, 401K matching, 2 weeks vacation to start and escalates with time, office employees received $500 twice a year as a clothing allowance.
Good overall package. 401(k) matching and they partially fund your HSA account if you choose the high-deductible health plan.
The health insurance plan is based out of Massachusetts, which has complicated matters for me on several occasions as an out-of-state plan.
