I love our culture and the values we live by here at the company. We don't just list them, we live them. A few are: Integrity is mandatory, Needs to improve all the time, and Work hard and Have fun! Q: What advice would you give someone starting off their career? A: Love what you do! Work hard, impact other's careers as you will impact yours by doing this. Show people you care, be honest even when you have to deliver tough conversations. Find mentors yourself, keep expanding your growth. Never put yourself in a box, explore ideas and new ways of doing things. Q: What motivates you? A: I'm motivated by seeing people grow in their careers. I love seeing them come out of their comfort zones and reach things they thought they couldn't. I'm motivated by people who are happy in their positions and help others. Thank you Susan!

I truly believe in creating an internal oasis. I have an amazing team of 20 with one common goal - ensuring our Windsor girl has the best shopping experience. Q: What advice would you give someone starting off their career? A: Smile and work hard. A positive attitude will always get you far. Windsor is rapidly growing, so don't be afraid to take on new and exciting roles. I started as a customer service representative and worked my way up to assistant manager for the call center. Q: What’s something that has surprised you about your chosen career path? A: I'm a big online shopper! Working here has made me realize how much work goes on behind the scenes to create an amazing online store. It's been very exciting to collaborate with the entire Ecom department. Thank you Noris!
