I'd say the worst thing is having to wait a full year before you're given access to your PTO.
The best thing is the opportunity for very inexpensive vacations with Windstar. The health benefits were quite expensive as a vacation planner.
Benefits are expensive and coverage is low. Vacation time benefits are a joke and can't be used for the first year anyway. Employee events are getting better but still nothing special.
