Pretty high deductible, plus the HSA was a payroll deduction, although they did add $500 lump sum to everyone with an HSA this year. Still benefits were nothing special
very high deductible making the insurance not very usable
They changed the HS to self insured company and benefits tanked. Very high deductible and basically you have to cover everything out of pocket up to the deductible which is $4k per family on top of paying your portion out of your paycheck.
Must reach deductible before your insurance covers anything.
Health care costs are high every where, its no different here.
You literally have no coverage until you reach several thousand in medical expenses. Its terrible
It's pre-tax deducted from paycheck depending on what you get but they pay a fair chunk of the cost.
Healthcare is a tough thing. It is very costly to the employer and to the employee. I am neutral
Health insurance is similar to other companies in the shift to high deductible low premium focus but the options provided are poor and in a sense provided most employees with a 20% pay cut to cover the cost of premiums
Health Insurance seems to get higher each year with worse coverage. Many employees have minimal coverage due to cost.
