    Pretty high deductible, plus the HSA was a payroll deduction, although they did add $500 lump sum to everyone with an HSA this year. Still benefits were nothing special

    They changed the HS to self insured company and benefits tanked. Very high deductible and basically you have to cover everything out of pocket up to the deductible which is $4k per family on top of paying your portion out of your paycheck.

    You literally have no coverage until you reach several thousand in medical expenses. Its terrible

    It's pre-tax deducted from paycheck depending on what you get but they pay a fair chunk of the cost.

    Health insurance is similar to other companies in the shift to high deductible low premium focus but the options provided are poor and in a sense provided most employees with a 20% pay cut to cover the cost of premiums

    Health Insurance seems to get higher each year with worse coverage. Many employees have minimal coverage due to cost.
