Generous PTO and decent health benefits. Many plans to choose from as well as several add on options.
Dcent but not great. Vision and dental were best, health plan chnaged after 1st year and was to high
Great dental and Vision. Health plan changed after 1st year and was horrible
3 weeks PTO once you reach five years
Great place to work, good coworkers. Benefits are great and pay is great. The company when you speak to the older generation see it as a job now more than a career.
Paid Time Off along with Floating Holidays, Health Insurance plans are good.. 401K with company match up to 5-6%
Time off you get pd holidays dental and medical insurance life insurance and you are able to get pd for sells made
It should be noted that these benefits were with a bargaining (Union) position and not necessarily reflective of the rest of the company, although many benefits were similar. The 401k package is ok. The investment selection is a bit limited but there are a few good options. Healthcare is good but expensive. Paid vacation time is adequate, but is capped at 4 weeks beyond 20 years. There are a number of paid personal and sick days as well. There was a cellphone plan discount with a major carrier.
Health insurance is high premium, high deductible. For my spouse and myself, we paid approximately $210 per period. The insurance covers nothing--everything is paid for out of pocket until you meet the deductible. For this particular plan, our out of pocket was approximately $4,000. Once the out of pocket was met, then the insurance will pick up 80%. It is difficult to find providers that will accept this insurance since the patient is 100% responsible for the bill. I have seen some providers ask for a deposit before agreeing to see you for treatment.
Has al the standards plus discount on home and auto insurance, best part is masters reimbursement.
