“I guess 5% is better than nothing ”
“I do not have coverage with Winn Dixie at this time. I will start on their plan soon.”
“N/A For this benefit ”
Very good insurance. One of the best I've seen in a long time.
Part company match was still in place. Health insurance was costly as is now the norm. Vacation time had to be used for PTO.
The benefits package is not as rich as I have experienced with other companies but something is better than nothing.
Good benefits like 401K, health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off and employee discounts.
Manager was nice. Good holiday/vacation schedule.
The only benefit I know of is the five percent discount and we literally hand out coupons worth more
Good Health Benefits is a plus
You receive a horrible medical insurance package. You also receive a horrible dental insurance, a non-extent 401k package and a week of paid vacation, that the managers basically make you beg for. All after one year of employment.
I was working full-time hours but didn't get benefits because they had be in as part-time. Apparently there's no law protecting us from this, but it's how they get away with not having to give people benefits.
After a year of employment you get a weeks paid vacation and sick time. You have the option to take out a 401k package also. You only get a 5% discount in the store for being an employee, it was 10% until the new owners lowered it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
