“I guess 5% is better than nothing ”
“I do not have coverage with Winn Dixie at this time. I will start on their plan soon.”
“N/A For this benefit ”
5% discount, 12 week unpaid medical leave, 401k, health insurance
I work in Alabama, but our home office is in Florida, so sometimes you miss out on benefits that aren't available in your locality (Less so since the most recent update, not because of expansion of benefit availability, but because of the removal of those benefits). Employee discount only 5% (with occasional temporary increases to 10% around the holidays) If you smoke you will likely pay more for a tobacco surcharge than you will for you insurance plan ( $37 for the surcharge on a $27 plan)
Vacation hours after being with the company 2 years
Nothing good at all to say about this company due to the traumatic experience i had.
The best thing that they are real helpful and work good with my college schedule
Very limited, and the options that you do have are not even worth going for.
There’s no benefits for part timers. The company only wants to reward salaried employees. I don’t think full time workers even get too much benefits.
Had none since was only part time. Had lots of hours. Worst thing was had none. There was no benefits.
You have to be a manager in order to get most benefits such as health insurance. Regular employees do get paid vacation hours, but I'm not sure how many each year since I havent used mine. We also get 5% off but that doesn't cover much. Other than that there arent really any other benefits to my recollection.
You can't get any benefit because you have to work 40 hours a week.Only management gets.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
