“I guess 5% is better than nothing ”
“I do not have coverage with Winn Dixie at this time. I will start on their plan soon.”
“N/A For this benefit ”
Average benefit package that most employers would offer
Decent caters to Full Timers though
Though minimal, vacation hours still offered to part-time employee with longevity. Offers other options like car insurance (Geico), and health insurance (unknown).
The health insurance was the best benefit. Never before in my life had I ever had a job though, so this is worth taking into consideration. All in all though, it was very good.
That there is none for part time. There was before BI-LO took over. Well we get a measly 5% off groceries.
Literally the only perk is 5% off, and crap healthcare that covers nothing. Don't work here if you have self respect. The CEO has no idea how to run a real business, I don't know why the shareholders keep him there. lol. They probably all have stocks in publix. They have tried so many different things to get people to come to their crap stores, such as fuel perks, and they keep losing money.
There are none unless you are full time or management... you get vac time after 2 years that's it and I don't even know if that is the same.
expensive plan with high deductibles. vacation keeps getting cut back. sick pay is good. vision benifits are good.
It took a long time for me to receive vacation time off
No benefits for hourly employees, insurance is offered but not worth the cost. All regular employees are considered part time, no over time allowed
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
