Hi All, I recently joined with Wipro. I got confused which health insurance plan should I take and Wipro offered two option OPTION 1 (HSA Compatible) OPTION 2 (non HSA Compatible). Which is the best plan???
Health Insurance is the best benefit I would say.
I was not eligible for benefits, however the full time employee's are. I am knowledgeable on what the benefits entail because I had to talk with candidates and go through the offer process.
Insurance Cost is very High for Full Family
Good 401k benefits. Health insurance is bit costly. But HSA will be helpful if you use it.
Wipro has very good benefits
Good - Insurance and Parental Insurance; Long term service benefits. Worst - Holidays and Leaves & Open opportunities to go for a project if you are tagged to one
No Bonous will be awarded.
High deductibles and limited 401k options. Base pay is decent.
Very mediocre health insurance and 401k. Not great
