Basic Health Insurance and Part of Parental Insurance is included. More benefits for employee wellness and career growth can be considered.

Medical benefits are amongst the best. 401K match is also very good.

It was a benefits package like any other. Took care of the basics like health ins, dental, vision, etc. Minimum word count.

16 days of PTO/yr (carries up to 16), good health insurance, 401k match up to 4% (if you put in 5%) starting after a year. Holiday shutdowns (excluded from paid holidays) are essentially several forced PTO days unless your project requires / allows otherwise, making the 16 days less than it actually is.

Health benefits deductible WAY TOO HIGH. Vision coverage reasonable. Vacation period way to little for senior level employees. Poor work/life balance.
