Hi All, I recently joined with Wipro. I got confused which health insurance plan should I take and Wipro offered two option OPTION 1 (HSA Compatible) OPTION 2 (non HSA Compatible). Which is the best plan???
Non-Deferred Comp program is great. Salary and bonus are on par. No stock options. No sick time -must use vacation time. Most things in US, maternity leave, jury duty, are per Federal regulation with nothing added.
no bonuses, health benefits are very low compared to industry standards. As to best things, I don't think there s anything really special about their benefits.
They don't match on 401k, they have the cheapest and worst healthcare plan (better off not having it at all), no employee discount benefits like other companies, awful PTO, no vacation or sick days, they will FORCE you to take PTO that you have saved up during Christmas vacation, 7 holidays, no maternity leave.
Health Insurance is the best benefit I would say.
I was not eligible for benefits, however the full time employee's are. I am knowledgeable on what the benefits entail because I had to talk with candidates and go through the offer process.
Insurance Cost is very High for Full Family
Good 401k benefits. Health insurance is bit costly. But HSA will be helpful if you use it.
Wipro has very good benefits
High deductibles and limited 401k options. Base pay is decent.
